Seems to me that muscle worship is pretty self-evident. It's the erotic fascination with and lust for the defined young male body. Very well said, Deej. Although, I would suspect that the same guys who are into muscle worship with an escort are also some of the least likely to actually be able to find the courage to tell their adonis what they really want.
