Escort using some other guy's picture

Is it just my bad luck or do escorts do this quite often. Twice now I've arranged to meet an escort advertising on what was then London-lads, on the basis that the description and the photo (face not shown) look very appealing. On arriving at the given address, on one occasion I asked the guy who opened the door where the escort guy was, only to be told 'it's me!'. I pointed out that the guy I'd come to see was supposed to be Latin, 22 y.o., 5'10" high, and that he was an English guy, 6" tall and about 30.

Since then I always email the guy I'm interested in (if he's not shown a face pic in his ad) asking him if he can indeed send a face pic. Surprisingly often I either get no reply or a short one saying 'I don't have any other picture'. I find this very suspicious because surely everyone has a face pic of themselves somewhere, and if their reson for not wanting to send it was that they wanted to retain their privacy surely they would say that.

Two recent examples of this are 2 new guys on Absolute-male-escorts, Art and Dino. I called Art to ask why he said he didn't have another picture and he just hung up on me. Dino never replied to 2 emails.
