Has anyone been to Madrid lately? I was there last week and I can't understand what's happened to the place! I had a look around about 1am, 'A Noite' had 1 rentboy and 2 customers (including me) and the only boy that interested me was working the bar! Then down the hill to 'Black and White, 2 rentboys and 3 customers.

So back to my hotel, where I called 'Arrowmen' agency and asked them to send 'Rodrigo' (looks fantastic on their website). First the guy said he'd arranged for him to arrive in 45 minutes, then he called back to say that Rodrigo had changed his mind, it seemed he couldn't be bothered to go to my hotel because he was in a different part of the city.

So, the next day I went looking for sex in the afternoon. Unlike Barcelona, Madrid only seems to have one 'house of boys' (Adonis, and that's not advertised anywhere) and all the guys there are a little on the average looking side, in some cases perhaps a little 'gordo' I certainly wouldn't expect to see them all stampeding to the gym every morning. So, later, to the 'Adan' sauna. 2 boys (nothing special) 3 clients.

Where is everybody?!

That's very possible. It's summer vacation in Spain, and people in inland cities like Madrid head for the beaches and mountains (or abroad).

If there wasn't so much in the way of travel alerts and my choosing to avoid flying to Europe at the present time, I would head to Barcelona to research the comparisons to the Rio activities.

Barcelona is my favorite city in all of Europe, and the one I'd probably live in if I ever moved there. Beyond the music, culture, architecture and scenery, it also comes the closest to the Brazilian escort scene of any European city I know. However, there's no place like Brazil. Even Barcelona! So if it's escorts you're after, stick with Brazil! If you're looking for a great European city that also happens to have a pretty good Brazilian-style escort sauna, then you'll have a wonderful time in Barcelona!
