I do allot of reflexology with my sessions but not a foot bath. I do a foot scrub then after the massage a all over steam towel wipe down infused with eucalyptus

Very interesting article Lucky, thanks for that. What the article failed to mention is that the mountain, Khan Tenggri, is somewhat a symbol of cultural identity for the Kyrgyz people. AND (more importantly) has become a world-class destination for mountaineers, which is big-business for the state, who controls access to it's slopes via helicopter (at least when I was there). Whether it is a worthwile trade, it seems the Kyrgyz people are not convinced.

 

And Glutes, thanks for the post! I will make plans to meet with this handsome, far-wandering nomad.
