Having lived in Philly a few years back, and I still travel there monthly, I know there are hustlers all around Center City - especially at the corner of 13th and Market. I find the sex scene in Philly terrific and easy to access. As always, you must use good common sense judgment when picking up guys on the street. But for the men that love that sort of thing Philly is hot !

I stayed at the holiday Inn Express which is at 13th and Walnut. Just as you said, there were hustlers everywhere.

 

There were about 10 African-American hustlers at 13th and Walnut. On Spruce between 12th and 13th (about 2 blocks from the hotel) there were usually around 10 Caucasian hustlers at any one time. Some moments there were only older, heroin addicts hustling. A few minutes later, there would be some very attractive young guys who would show up. There is a restaurant on Spruce between 12th and 13th where you can sit, have a glass of wine, and watch the show. Rates ranged from $20-60 depending on the service requested. In fact, three of the guys on Paramount Escorts site (http://www.paramountescorts.com)were working the street there at the time.

Is there any time of the day or evening you found to be best? Same question with regard to earlier post recommending corner of 13th & Market.
