It sounds like we have some of the same friends. :o

 

You forgot about online banking, bill paying, and tax preparation in the mix of using the computer every day.

 

And they trust it all to an appliance that's roughly as smart as their microwave oven. :( (The difference of course is the microwave oven isn't accepting input from the entire world.)
