Glad somebody said it. If I see one more "promotion" for BV from JP I think I'll upchuck all over my screen. For God's sake man - get a life!

RE: Good Times Down Memory Lane at the Gaiety

I know it's fun to go down memory lane and think about past times at the Gaiety what many on this forum took for granted and then puff the Gaiety was gone like some kind dream fantasy. At the time the above dispute between the dancers seemed worth writing about, now its just a past dream.

I tried to go back further than Nov 2002 to the earlier format of the Gaiety reviews but I can only go back 37 screens.

Mercury,

Also I forgot to mention in my first reply about dreams and puffs of memories and other seemingly real transitory things now gone:

And also, the Gaiety is closed, Denise is out of business and Neo is no longer DJ/MC at the Gaiety and unfortunately no one gets to dance at the Gaiety anymore, except in our memories. So any controversy like the above is just a past dream or a memory. Its sort of like when I think of exotic places I have traveled to in the past.

This thread certainly brings back some fond memories of the Gaiety's past. Like all those who attended or anxiously awaited the posting of the Monday's lineup/review, Foxy and I also miss the fun times. Sadly, none of the new clubs can duplicate what the G provided.

It seems that there were times that Foxy and I couldn't post those Monday lineups fast enough. Thanks to the cell phone, we were able to enlist the services of VDN, Likembig, and Lucky to help us out. Thanks again guys... We always were appreciative to the kind words from those who enjoyed and looked forward to reading our reviews. That's what kept us going.

What keeps you going now? Hopefully, the love and affection of us out-of-town guys who enjoy hearing about your trips to Club 20 and the BBoyzz parties! Happy Valentine's Day!

"What keeps you going now?"

Lately, it's been orange flavored Citrucel. "No excess gas, doctor recommended, daily source of 100% soluble fiber, gluten and sugar free." Thanks for asking and a Happy Valentine's Day to you too!

I beg to differ.

Neo was just spotted in the G box office just a week ago.

There was a new sign posted in the Box Office window "Admission $50"

I don't think anything was included for that price either! :+
