Cupids in West Palm Beach

Has anyone been to Cupids in West Palm Beach? How does it compare with Miami's Boardwalk? or the Lauderdale clubs?

I went to Cupid's in January of this year. I haven't been to the other clubs you mentioned, so don't know how to compare.

 

They DO get completely naked at Cupid's. The dancers try to hustle you into paying for private shows. I didn't partake as there weren't any that really interested in me.

There are several differences. The first is they have total nudity which they flaunt. The money issues are different too,

admission charge, table/lap dances...very short $20. no nudity.

Private rooms are $150. and I would bet you could spend a lot more. No private rooms or nudity at Boardwalk/Lords/Johnnys.

The Cupid dancers are extremely good looking..ala gaiety. I think this might be a winter stopover for some of the Montreal boys. I have had a lot more fun for lots less money at Boardwalk mostly, although found an occasional star at Lords and Johnnys. If your going to spend for a private at Cupids why not get an escort? The clientele at Cupids looked a lot more upscale too, probably willing and able to spend the big bucks. Cupids was very brightly lit also. Not as many latino at Cupids. I think the good ones work all the clubs when they are in So Fl,,spending one or two nights at different clubs. Most of the clubs don't pay them..they rely only on tips.

I am surprised that this place hasnt been brought up before. I did in fact used to dance there when I lived in WPB.

I remain close friends with the current owner.

 

 

I did very well, but I didnt do VIP rooms.This was when I was a still shy boy.

It is probably one of the SAFEST places to pick a guy up for fun, being that they are well protected. There is ALOT of shit that goes on in the background there.

I was at Cupid's Saturday night. I dont find it as pressuring as Boardwalk. The boys are still looking for tips. but they seem to take no for an answer easier.

$20.00 per song for lap dance, most boys will get naked.

private rooms were $45.00 for 15 minutes, $60.00 for 30 minutes

Plus what ever tip you work out with the boy.

Most of the winter, I was there about once a month and they seemed to have the same boys all the time. Saturday almost a total turn over.

A really good mix, yet more younger boys than I have seen before.

And for those that like twinks, I was talking to the owner and she is going to do a 4 man "twink sex show" very soon.

The Boardwalk is not in Miami Beach any more. It has been in Ft. Lauderdale for several years now.

 

Miami/Ft.L clubs don't have total nudity. Just down to G-strings, speedos, etc. They are bars and total nudity is not allowed in bars.

 

Cupid's is a "private club", for members only. That's why they can get away with total nudity. You can buy a membership for the year, or you can get a special 1-day "membership" at the door, i.e., you pay an admission charge and you're in for the night.

 

Cupid's has private VIP rooms for just you and the dancer of your momentary fancy, but you pay a hefty price to rent them, and then of course you pay your dancer too.

 

Miami/Ft.L clubs either have no area for private dances at all, or have a semi-private darkened area where the dancer of your fancy can perform for you, separated from the main bar area, but together in the same open area as other customers who are exploring the finer points of the performances of the dancers of their fancy (for example, the Boardwalk).

 

I'd say the general selection and quality of the dancers is about the same. As always it depends on individual taste and the luck of who happens to be working that night.

Is it open again somewhere? It closed several years ago. For a while the place was empty and then there was an Irish pub in the place where it used to be.
