I doubt Denise will ever be able to afford midtown rent but read away. (Was Neo on a Greek Vacation also?)

 

Glimmer of Hope for The Gaiety

Denise is back from her Greek vacation, tan, rested, and generally looking great. No she does not escort, but believe it or not she is still looking for a suitable site. There is one small empty theater perfectly located in the Theater district but is much too large for a Gaiety. So far the owner does not want to divide the space, but if he did it would be perfect. The place has been empty for a long time so if the owner decides eventually to throw in the towel and divide, something could get going. But thats a big "if". The point of the message is that Denise has not given up trying to open again.
