Does Any of the Former Gaiety Crowd remember any 411 on what "Dr Mike" did get into when he "Worked It" at the Gaiety?

I really don't have a clue but perhaps he puts your legs in stirrups while he gives you a rectal exam all the while listening to your palpitations with his stethescope.
