I visited LV in early December, 2006. My advice is to forget about looking for any male strip shows like those in Montreal or Fort Lauderdale.

 

The only strip show advertised is at Flex Cocktail Lounge, 4371 West Charleston at Arville, 702.385.3539. Their website says that there were strippers on most nights. I only went on a Thursday night to see two porn stars. The show started around midnight, if the strippers show up. Flex has a small corner stage and fenced-in dance floor. There were only the two porn star/strippers. They do not go fully nude and stay on stage or on the dance floor. After their set, a dancer might circulate through the bar and talk with the patrons. No lap dances or private shows are offered; legal problems in the past. Production values were not up to Las Vegas hotel show standards.

 

The clubs in the so-called "gay triangle" - Gypsy, Piranha - are big on drag shows and go-do boys. If there were strippers, they were only offered on Thursday night at midnight. I did not go in any of these clubs, because parking was so scarce.

 

The straight male revues - Chippendales, Thunder From Down Under - discourage gay men from attending. The rumor is the dancers will not stop at a table with men nor accept tips from men.

 

After taking into consideration cover charges, parking fees, and expensive drinks, it is cheaper/easier to check on Craigs List and find a young hunk to visit your hotel room.
