Let the journal begin...

Hello to all my fellow strip club patrons.. I am back in Montreal after a 6 month absence. It is midnite now, on Halloween night. I am heading off to bed since I had a very early flight this morning, but I wanted to post my opening observations/comments.

 

First of all, the weather is very nice. I was expecting cold during the day and freezing at night. Especially since I come from Arizona, I was expecting the worst. It is a very nice temperature here, cool, but not overly cold. Even with the wind, a light jacket would suffice today.

 

My flight got in to Dorval just before 4pm. I made it through customs without any wait at all. After collecting my luggage, there was a shuttle bus waiting to take me into the village. It looked like I had timed things perfectly. Bad news ended up being that because of the time of day and traffic, the shuttle took over an hour to get to the Berri bus terminal. I had found a room in the Village on Craigslist. It looked nice enough, the price was very reasonable, and the location couldnt be beat... right on Beaudry, just a half block south of Ste. Catherines..which means a 1-2 minute walk to Stock. When I arrived, the place was nice, but small. It will do fine for the week I am here, but it is a good thing I am not claustrophobic. If anyone is interested in the info for the room, let me know...

 

First club stop was Campus.. It was just after 6pm when I made it there. There were about 6 or so dancers, and probably only a few more customers. The club seemed void of any energy, and there was only one dancer who caught my attention, but he was busy with a couple other customers. I left and headed down the street to L'adonis.

 

I did not have very high hopes since Adonis seems to be the most "uneven" club in town. To my surprise, even though there were not many dancers (maybe 5-6), they were cute and a couple were even "do-able". One dancer, Jamie, came over and approached me. He was a thin, twink type (just my tastes)who unfortunately did not speak English. And since I don't speak French, it did not make for any good conversation. It quickly boiled down to "Do you want a dance in the cabines?" I told him maybe later on, since I just got there. I prefer to chat with the boy first and see if we have any "rapport" before taking them in the back. Especially since Adonis now has the $20 curtain dances.

 

Who do I spot, but Edy, the adorably cute latino boy who stood me up on my last visit. I caught his eye, and he came over. At first he did not remember me, but when I reminded him of my last visit and subsequently of him standing me up, his reply was a simple, "I dont do that very often. I had a boyfriend back then but now I am single." He then asked if I was "the guy from the website"... to which I replied yep, thats me...so he did remember me.. After a few minutes of petting, he asked if I wanted to go in the back. I told him maybe later, that I was going to head out to grab some dinner.

 

I left Adonis, and walked down Ste Catherine's trying to decide where to grab some dinner. I figured, in honor of it being Halloween, why not La Stregga (the witch in Italian). I had a nice dinner and headed back to my room to finish settling in and rest a bit.

 

I headed back out at 10pm, this time starting at Taboo. I figured since it was Halloween, it would probably have more of the halloween spirit..Wrong.. they had celebrated this past saturday. I stayed there for about 30 minutes. It seems that they are branching out in dancers now. There were less of the barely 18 fem twinks and more mid 20's semi-straight street types.

 

Stopped in at Adonis, and there was 3 dancers and same number of customers. After one dancer performed (Jamie from my afternoon visit) I sat there for 10 minutes of empty stage and left.

 

Next stop was Stock.. It was ladies night, and this was the happening place. The bar was packed with girls and definitely full of energy. Only problem, at least for me, was the girls were so loud and obnoxious that it spoiled the strip club mood for me. I asked if Taz was there and was told that he had the night off. Hopefully I will run into him to say hi sometime during my week here.

 

I did a last check at Campus before heading back to my room. There was maybe 18 people in the club, which included dancers and customers. And the dancers I did see were more of the muscle types, which doesnt do anything for me.

 

So now I am back and heading off to bed...Tomorrow will definitely include Stock Idol prelims.. and who knows what else. Signing off for my first night in town...

I will be visiting club Taboo *cough* I mean Montreal in a couple weeks! Hopefully the "off season" will allow me to spend more time with my favorite twinks (with LESS competition!)

 

Anyway, I'm practicing my "rejection lines" now, because I really need to stop being so timid and insecure when it comes to chosing who and what I want.

With the CD$ now about 10% higher than the US$, I'm sure many from the states are just saying, "sorry but the exchange rate is killing me."

Thursday's report--

Started the day off with breakfast at Autour d'un pain boulangerie. It is the same one I found last visit, on Ste catherines and beaudry. Great place for some croissants in the morning. I decided to take a much more relaxed approach to my vacation this year and just enjoy doing nothing. So after some breakfast and a stroll thru the village, I returned to my room to rest.

 

Went back out for a walk around 1pm and stopped in at what used to be the "just noodles" restaurant for some lunch. The place has changed names, and is much cleaner now than before. The food is still reasonably priced, and tasty large portions.

 

Around 4pm, I decided to check out Campus to see what the new day had brought. I barely got seated, when I heard that the next dancers was Alonzo. For those of you who have a good memory, Alonzo was one of my favorite dancers from two visits ago. But on my last visit in May, he was absent, having returned to Peru for a vacation. He was coming out 'in all his glory" for his slow song. He spotted me during the song and smiled a big smile. Once he finished the dance and got dressed, he came straight over and sat down with me for a nice "catch up" chat and pet session. After awhile, we ended up in the back. This was my first time with him since the curtains had been installed. Let it suffice to say that he did not disappoint.

He also informed me that he was working as a waiter in a restaurant as a main job, and gave me the business card. I will try to make it there for dinner on Saturday night. Only obstacle is that it is a 20-25 minute cab ride from the village.

 

I once again headed back to my room for awhile.

 

Ended up going back out at 10pm to see this weeks Stock Idol prelims. The contest this week was "most sensual shower show."

There were 6 contestants, (pardon my mis-spelling and bad memory)Lukas, Paolo, Tommy, Maxim, Rafael, and one more. Eddy was listed as a competitor, but he was not there. Not sure where he was, but I didnt see him at all. Also missing was the new twink Marc..Ended up with the two finalists being Tommy and Maxim, with Maxim being announced as the winner. In addition to the $500 prize for the weekly winner, Maxim also took home another $100 prize for the best buns contest. For anyone not familiar with Maxim, he is a very attractive guy, kinda looked like a half brother to Eddy. He had VERY bright blue eyes (contacts??). He was definitely my choice as well as everyone else's in the club and online.

 

Then, as the contest closed down, it was around 12-1230, and I decided to call it a night.

I am heading off to Chez Cora for breakfast, but I promise to get online when I get back and update..I have NOT been abducted by aliens... I did not pick up and get killed by some rough street trade...I just did what vacations are for...relaxing, unwinding and not worrying about deadlines and obligations....

ok.. back from breakfast...where to start.. i wont break this down into specific days, since they have all kinda run together.. I will just go thru some of my observations/goings on so far..

 

First off, it seems to be a down time for the clubs..With very few exceptions, they all seem to be on the slow side. Both in number of dancers and number of customers..I have not gotten very many dances in the back this trip.. just not that many dancers have caught my eye/warranted further investigation..

 

But without further ado.. the ones I did do privates with were primarily at Adonis. I know.. most of you think adonis is the bottom of the barrel, but for those of us who like em twinkish and slightly "street-ish", it had a few unpolished gems.. First off, I did a dance with Sasha..this is a new sasha, not one of the others from Taboo or campus..It was his fourth day dancing. He was a very cute, slim, smooth twink...pale skin, fairly tall and jet black, crazy spiked hair. I had just come from a filling dinner at Saloon, which was bad timing on my part... Anyways, in the back, he was almost instantly hard (always a good sign in my book). He was open to all touching and informed me after the first song that I could suck him after the second song... I should have continued on, but I had visions in my head of my bison dinner coming back up with much oral activity, so I stopped after the first dance. Hopefully I will run into him again today to continue where we left off.

 

Next at adonis was Manny.. he is another cute boy, dark hair, slim, smooth(anyone seeing a trend here)? (btw, this is on a different visit than Sasha) I "enjoyed his company" for 3-4 songs, but he was not able to get an erection, even with some "oral assistance".. He is a nice boy, loved to cuddle, but couldnt rise to the occasion.

 

Next at adonis was jamie, the boy mentioned in my first journal post this visit. I took him in the back and like Manny, he couldnt get hard. after a couple of dances and several attempts to "orally persuade" him to erection, i was informed that he didnt allow that until 4 or 5 dances. That was a sign to me to end the dance, which I did.

 

My best dance at Adonis has to go to Edy. It didnt hurt at all that I was enamored with him since my last visit. He was definitely the most "interactive" and the least restrictive boy in back that I have experienced there so far..

 

I did do one dance down at Taboo, with Julien.. He was a nice guy, blond, a little big for taboo standards..But after a couple of dances with him, I remembered again why I dont like privates there. Everytime I was petting his thighs and my hand wandered up near his balls, it was quickly pushed back down his leg and away from the "goodies"...so again.. taboo may be cheaper.. but it is strictly look but dont touch.. at least not the fun parts...And personally, I like a little more bang for my buck..*wink, wink*

 

this trip was a chance to meet the famous, the not so famous, and the infamous..

 

The famous is lustinguy.. he is a great guy, friendly, outgoing, and wealth of knowledge for all things Dancer-related.

 

the not so famous is princeleo.. he is the infrequent poster i mentioned earlier in my journal. Another great guy..just on the opposite end of the spectrum from Lustinguy. Prince is quiet, shy and fairly inexperienced with the dancers. But he is a very nice, genuine person who I share quite a few boy-preferences with..

 

And now, I have saved the best for last.. the infamous...to quote Miss Joan Rivers.."A legend in his own Mind"...Bozo da Clown... All I can say is "what a trip".. Bozo can be described as (and these are his own words so they must be true) charasmatic, debonair, urbaine, charming, clown about town, snappy dresser. Although his dark roots were all that were present of his fire engine red hair, he is still someone that you can definitely pick out of a crowd. His wit, his personality, and his presense are something that once experienced can never be forgotten.

 

Although not directly dancerboy related, I will also share with my readers my latest experience from last night/this morning. On Saturday night, I was sitting in Taboo for an hour or so, and at the next table to me was a very cute boy, about 19 with an older "friend" of his who was 50-ish. I definitely took notice of the boy because he was very cute. In fact, I found him more interesting than any of the dancers. From sitting next to him I heard his name, noticed what drink he was ordering, and even noticed that he was paying for the drinks at the table. I was intrigued.. but since he was "with someone", i didnt want to be rude and interupt.

Then on Sunday afternoon, I was sitting at the bar at campus, and who should come in and sit at the opposite end, but Kolton (boy from Taboo) and this time he was alone. I sent a drink down to him, to which he merely smiled and nodded.. a little later, I ran into him as I was coming out of the restroom and he was going in.. I told him that I had seen him the night before and thought he was really cute...yada yada yada.. he was very non-committal and not much more was said..

 

After another hour or so, Princeleo, lustinguy and I decided to head down the street since campus was less than exciting..so off we went. We continued down to adonis for awhile and ended up going to Le Staff for dinner. Lustinguy wanted to make another stop at campus before ladies night started, to see if Sasha was there. Unfortunately, there were very few dancers there by 10pm, so as the estrogen levels were rising, we (at this point it was lustinguy, bozo da clown, shy, and myself) took leave and headed down to stock..Right as we were leaving, who should reappear by Kolton.. he was right by the stairwell, so I simply waved and said "bye Kolt" as we left...

 

Our entourage made it to Stock..and about 30 minutes later, in walked a rather inebriated Kolton, still alone.. he sat across the bar from us, so finally I went over to him and started talking to him...I learned a little about him, his life, his deep thinking ways..He was visiting from Ohio.. the friend the first nite at taboo was his roommate and ex...He just enjoys montreal as a place to go, relax, unwind, and talk to people... After 30-45 minutes of talking, he excused himself to go outside and get some air.. (did I mention he was really drunk)? I waited around another 20 minutes or so, and he hadnt returned, so took leave and headed down to the east end of ste catherines. I stopped in at adonis, but it was pretty empty, so I continued on to taboo. I immediately ran into Princeleo there, who was sitting alone enjoying the eyecandy..

 

Joey the dancer who started at taboo, then went to adonis was there, as well. We had run into Joey earlier in the day at adonis, where he was majorly wired.. bouncing off the walls hyper...

 

Anyways..after about 5 minutes, in walks Kolten...He stumbles to the bar and grabs a stool at the end, by himself. Being the good samaritan that I am, i go over to make sure he is ok.. His hotel is the holiday inn in china town. I mention that I am much closer, actually in the village, and he is welcome to come back there to warm up and sober up some before attempting to make it back to his hotel...Long story short, we make it back to my room, he quickly crashes on the bed..I dont want to give away all the details, but lets just say that we did wake up for awhile and wanted to play.. but when he woke up this morning at 8:30, he did leave very quickly.. not sure if it was "morning after" regrets, or just wanting to get back to "home base" and let his friend know he was ok. I gave him my phone number and email, and hopefully will hear from him again....

 

Ok. enough for now..I leave tomorrow (tuesday) afternoon. i will try to make another update before then.. until that time.. happy hunting to everyone

Lurker has inspired me to throw in my two cents on the current Montreal scene. It has been a pleasure getting to know him and sharing stories.

 

Stock - not my type of guys, so I have not spent much time there and have had no dances.

 

Campus - Usually my favorite place in the afternoons - has been a disappointment this time around - few dancers and few of the twink type I like. I have had two dances there. The first was with Ben - not really my type, a bit too big - but I was bored and was wanting my first dance. Very interactive in the back, but did not get to full attention. I know others have had problems with him being kind of a jerk, but he was pleasant with me. The other dance was with Benjamin (different than Ben). I grabbed him before Lurker had a chance. Young twinkish with black hair. Not very talkative before the dance and not as interactive as I would have liked, but he is hot and pleasant enough. Overall OK.

 

Taboo - I have not seen alot of the dancers from my last trip. On Sunday night the ones I remember being present were Max (and his attitude), Diego, Julian, Zachary and Brian. I remember seeing Francis there on Friday. I only had a dance with Julian, who again a little to muscular for me, but he is very nice. I got bored after 3 three songs because of the Taboo restrictions that Lurker and I hate.

 

 

Adonis - I know, I know. It is the bottom of the barrel for Montreal strip clubs. But I have been having the best time there. Kind of reminds me of the streetish atmosphere of the Corner Pocket in New Orleans. The have a wide range of dancers including two that are very fem. One I think is called Sunshine, if that gives you any clue. A large chunk of my budget has been given to Shannon (twinkish with wild hair), just like on my last trip. His dances range from duds to spectacular. But I enjoy his company and enjoyed taking him out to dinner my first night here. He is my dancer infatuation of the momemt, but probably not everyone's taste.

 

Thinking about checking out the escort scene in the next couple of days for a change of pace. I'll be here for another 4 days. PL
