In Place of the Gaiety is... ?

It's been a while since anyone has asked about this, but what replaced the Gaiety in Times Square since they tore it down.

American Eagle Outfitters

 

 

That's right. American Eagle.

 

I guess we'll have to go to 5th Avenue and hit up Abercrombie for some Gaiety type action.

 

PS: If they are going to put a clothing store there. They should've done it with Abercrombie. At least with that, it would be like the Gaiety was sort of still there. Hot sexy young men, shirtless, barely naked, etc. etc. etc.

Could someone please explain to me what "barely naked" means. I can understand barely clothed or almost naked but barely naked confuses me.
