I finally made it to Johnny's last night. Saturday night is now masquerade night. The dancers are required to wear something, like a mask. I thought it was still Halloween. For Saturday night, the crowd was small. People were probably still sleeping off Halloween, which is a big event here. On Friday night, Johnny's had two free limos going back and forth between the club and Wilton Drive, where the Halloween festival took place. I prefer Friday nights, which is Latin music night.

 

Yes, Ralph was bartending. He was wearing a tank top and his cute smile. And I had the pleasure of his serving me a drink. He seems to have blended in very well. A few people with whom I spoke, including some dancers, had no idea who he is. That's probably the way he prefers it - just to be treated like a normal gay club bartender.

 

But for me, there was something different and strange about this. I was being served by a bartender who stars in Bel Ami films and also saw him perform there as a guest dancer a few months ago. Ralph is not just any porn star. He's a star with supertwink status who has been in best selling Bel Ami vids, such as "French Kiss" and "The Private Life of Josh Elliot." And there he was, serving drinks like any other bartender. As they say, there's a first time for everything. And - it's Ft. Lauderdale.

I spent Halloween Night at Johnny's and had an absolute blast. The place was full and many of the new dancers were hot and masculine. Since I go to Ft. Lauderdale a lot Im hoping it wasnt just because of Halloween. I hope all the physical changes to the operation by the new owners/management translate into a hot place to enjoy a diverse group of hot dancers regularly. I had two private lap dancers wiht one hot masculine man and it reminded me of my many visits to Montreal. That reminds me, I need to get back to Montreal asap.
