Montreal Off Season Update

Spending my last few hours in Montreal... fun weekend, but definitely a ghost town compared to my last visit just a month or so ago.

 

The busiest spot was definitely Taboo. Lots of dancers, mostly familiar faces. Taboo is essentially now what Adonis was - lots of younger guys, very few gym go'ers. A couple eccentric types. Still the same lack of privacy issue in the back so I didn't partake in any private dances - just tipped and bought drinks.

 

I got abnormally lucky with Manhunt & Grind'r (a smokin' hot blond/blue 18 year old and a nearly as hot Asian 19 year old lol) so I don't have many great stories from the club to report. But my friend shared his experiences. He says the blond and toned skateboarder was the clear winner at Taboo. His name's Zack (or Zach?). He's a graphic design student. Chiseled little bod and great smile.

 

I have a thing for this dorky tall skinny guy at Taboo. I don't remember his name, but he sticks out because he wears glasses. Not the type you would imagine being a dancer, but that makes him more appealing. However big points off for dancing to Celine Dion... ugh. Pick something sexy jeez!

 

Campus was a little busy Saturday night, but otherwise really quiet. There was some snow here Sunday so that probably kept many away. Even ladies night was pretty empty. My friend took a liking to "Anthony" a really cute twinky dark haired kid. Really sweet personality and killer smile. I kind of dug his friend Phillip, twinkish, but a little edgier. Did a killer dance to Marilyn Manson's cover of the Eurythmics Sweet Dreams Are Made...

 

A few other favorites are still at Campus... "Dylan", a cute student, about 20/21... spiky blond hair like a fauxhawk and buffed up a bit. Has his actual name "Max" tat'd below his abs.

 

My friend found a great dancer Friday night we named Rookie since neither of us had seen him before. His name's Sebastian. Insanely cute smile, kind of average body - fine with me... my friend says his private dances were top notch.

 

3 or 4 of the dancers mentioned they were about to head south to Fort Lauderdale for the winter due to the slow business right now.

 

Didn't hit up JP or Stock. Stock's a great spot, but I'm just not a big fan of the buff'd up guys. JP... blah, couldn't care less. I'm so happy to see that place die a slow painful death. It's gasping for air right now... they finally realized their business model was a bust so now they're reaching out to attract gay customers... in the Village... imagine that. What a concept. As much as I loved Adonis, all is ok because Taboo definitely picked up the slack.

I'm stuck in Ohio, 782 miles from Montreal and 1200 miles from Ft. Lauderdale!

Um, excuse me...I can see two stories that you should report in great detail, pix if possible. Can you guess which two I might have in mind?

haha I don't wanna sound like I'm whining because I swear it kinda ruined my "bros weekend" with my bud. We look forward to these trips for months! We live hundreds of miles apart, so we coordinate trips when possible. So I load up Manhunt and Grind'r (the iPhone's version of Manhunt... look it up, it's crazy fun! I think it's grindr.com.)

 

The 18 year old blond n' blue guy was just a random flirt I did on Grind'r. It shows how far away the guy is you're chatting with using the iPhone's GPS. He was 600 feet away or so so I messaged him: "Hey, 600 feet, room 555 lol"... half joking... thinking there's no way anything will happen. It was a scenario made for porn man! Thank god my bud was witnessing this because nobody would believe how it went down... including me! Within 20 minutes I had a message from him that he was in the lobby. It had all the makings of a paid transaction - except it was free. Didn't even need a coupon!

 

The Asian guy... I had never been with one before... was a Manhunt thing. I have never really been one to use MH, but jeez, guess I should start! He was super-sensitive to touch so man did I have fun! haha I liked alternating between soft little finger movements along him and then going in for the kill. Drove him crazy! This sounds awful, but I have to admit I take some pride in being his last bit o' fun as a teen lol... he turns 20 tomorrow.

 

So anyway, on to the whining. The first night I get to town on one of these trips I rarely do dances. I just like to survey the place, have some bevs and relax. Somehow I still dropped $200 between Campus and Taboo... I'm not all that good w/ money! Maybe the earlier luck was karma! Well the two encounters happened on Saturday and Sunday, so when I got to the clubs with my bud, I was spent both nights! (I'm not a twink by any stretch, I'm not too far from pushin' 40.) So yeah, I did two songs in the back with Dylan at Campus, but that's literally it. It was just a lot of tipping generously to my faves, who are generally the ones who are more than happy to sit and chat without expecting a dance.

 

So yeah, 3 nights in MTL and one dance in the back. So in one sense the trip seems like a total fail... but on the other hand... hehe

couple other quick notes...

 

- Due to my previously explained lack of being in the mood, I didn't get a massage from Cody at Apsara. Would highly recommend it if you're in town on a Friday or Saturday. Although note that this trip he wasn't on the premises when I dropped in - he's only on call. I'm not an appointment setter - I'm more of the spontaneous type.

 

- The lanky kid who used to dance at Adonis (Julian) was a complete pest at Taboo. It's strange, he's so my type, but his persistence drives me batty. Annoying isn't the word.

 

- Campus played a few oldies in the back. Now I know I may be a little younger than the typical customer, but wtf? Get me turned on!

 

- If you're visiting over the next few months, wear sensible lesbian shoes. I lost count of how many people we saw slip and fall along St Catherine. I fortunately wasn't one of them.

 

- Although I didn't go in to JP, I did see a "dancer" as we walked to Taboo. He was in a wifebeater... outside in the Montreal winter. Not at all hot. And it looked like customers were arguing, wasn't close enough to hear what was said. I can only assume they were pissed they couldn't get a refund. ;-)

 

- Seven from Adonis is back in action at Taboo. Such a sweet guy. Not my type, but one of the legitimately nicest guys you'll ever meet. And once he digs you, he's pretty uncensored. hehe

 

- Just talked with my bud who just got home... his boy Anthony from Campus texted him to say thank you and to say he hoped he had a good flight. WOW! I get impressed by stuff like that. That kid's a keeper: cute, ridiculously sweet (he invited my bud out to Parking), and grateful. Imagine that!
