Montreal Trip July 10-12

I'm at Dorval now awaiting my flight back to the US. Just spent 3 nights in Montreal and the weather was glorious. Clear skies and not a drop of rain my whole visit.......and the heatwave from last week had broken so the temps were low to mid 70's during the day. I understand it is supposed to get hotter today and last through the weekend.

 

I visited Stock and Campus on this visit.

 

CAMPUS

I was there on Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon. I was pleased to see quite a few new dancers during the day and at night. Probably the best line-up of talent I have seen at Campus for several years. They seem to have cleared out some of the long-time dancers that have been working there more than 10 years. My visit on Wednesday night was brief as I was having a good time at Stock (yes it was ladies night). I did a few lapdances with one guy whose name I forgot.

 

Thursday afternoon was packed with dancers. At least 20 and maybe 25. Lots of new faces and a few old favourites. I went in back with two guys. One was Johnathon and it was fun with him although for some reason the booth we were in was nearly pitch black so I could hardly see him.....that was kind of strange. The other one was Brandon who is one of my favourites from way back. He still looks good but is starting to show his age.

 

STOCK

Went all three nights. Tuesday was absolutely dead there in terms of customers. Bad night for the dancers however I had fun. Wednesday was ladies night and got very busy. I am one of the few on this board that actually enjoys ladies night at Stock. Some of the hotest and most masculine guys they have dancing at Stock work on ladies night. I went in back with Shaun. He says he has been dancing off and on at Stock for 4 years. I never remember having seen him before. Great private dance in back and well worth the money. He is very attractive, quite well built although not huge, great ass, big ole swinging dick, also does a great stage show. I highly recommend him:p. Thursday I spent time in the back with Frank. He has danced there for some time now. I have always liked his look and that big fat cock. The private dance was just so/so. Not awful but not great either. I probably would not repeat with him. Three Miami dancers were at Stock on Thursday night. Two peruvian guys that work at Twist.....one whose name is Andre. He says they are going to spend the summer in Montreal and return to Miami in October. The third Miami dancer was Armani. I did not recognize him at first as being from the Miami dance clubs. Dark italian features and very handsome. Very thick jet-black hair. Quite well built but not a body builder. He has a New York accent and says he is half Italian and half Cuban. I gave him an extremely generous tip whist he was on-stage. He came over eventually a long-time after his show and made a strange comment to me about the tip. I was speechless. I then remembered him from dancing earlier this year at Swinging Richards Miami where he also made an off-hand comment to me. Honestly, some of these guys think they are going to get by in life based solely on their looks......and get away with being a total asshole. Sheesh. Anyway, I asked him to leave my table and I continued to have a great time drinking and laughing with two of the other dancers whom I asked to join me at my table for the evening.

 

Overall I had a great time in Montreal on this visit. For me the most notable thing was that Campus seems to have picked up its game and cleaned house of some of the dancers that had been there for way too long. Seems to be a fresher line-up now.

That's funny about the Miami guys. The two who imposed themselves on my were pretty annoying. I think one was probably the guy who offended you. He seemed to think I would melt just because he came to talk to me. I was really not interested at all. But he didn't read my body language at all. He gave me a sort of back rub while he was there, completely unbidden but I didn't tell him to stop either. After he was done he tried to tell me about how great a time he would be in the back. I told him no thanks. He seemed very put off that I told him no. Then he asked for a tip for his "massage". When I declined to give him one he seemed really pissed. It was very weird. I will definitely go back to Stock next time though to pursue that handsome Asian boy.

Just a quick note about the lights in the back at Campus: they are apparently on some sort of dimmer switch. When I complained about the light levels in the back when I was there in mid-June, Mathieu promptly went and turned them up. Brandon and the other dancers did so as well when requested. It certainly improved the experience for me.

Hi fed. Yeah that massage trick they do is ridiculous. I have witnessed more than one argument between a dancer and a customer after a massage was given and then the dancer pressured for a tip. When one of these guys starts to give me a massage, I ask them to stop immediately.

 

The Asian guy always dances on Wednesday. He was also there on Thursday this week.

Funny you mention the dimmer-switch. After the time with the guy that left it pitch-black, I then went for some dances with Brandon. I told him that it was totally dark before. He immediately went to the dimmer switch and brightened the light. Thank goodness.

Also it seems as if the guys don't Travel South as they used to like year's ago and Advertise on Rentboy? I guess the economy has somethng to do with that?

I did not see that the details on the ban on foreign strippers had been posted here. While it appears from the article below that the ban would effect female adult entertainers and service providers more than male, it would end US porn stars, strippers and escorts going to Canada. IMO it could also end the traveling of Canadain strippers, etc. traveling to the US to avoid problems at the border in both directions.

I did not see that the details on the ban on foreign strippers had been posted here. I honestly don't see how this would apply to the strippers at any of the bars in the Village.

 

If I remember correctly the dancers are not employed by the bars. In fact, by charging a fee to cover the dj they can argue that they're just providing performance space. You can be sure they are't filling in tax forms.

 

The program referred to is for one-year work visas. Again, I seriously doubt that the majority of dancers are in Montreal on anything other than tourist visas.

 

As to porn stars making appearances for promos again the work visa program would not apply.
