WOW! That place is still open? It's been about 25 years since I went there.They used to have midnight shows on the weekend with drag queens and male dancers.The memories.....

 

Well the Trannys are still there plying their Trade. and the place just got another "tacky" redo. I do believe the people in the theatre seats are actually DEAD, and just preserved to look like a Big audience. But for $5, you can sometimes get some OK cock....

The biggest turn off I've experienced is a set of words: "You intimidate me" or "you're intimidating." It doesn't happen often, since I am attracted to men who are far smarter and more accomplished than I. But I still remember hearing it from a guy a while back. He might as well have put on a dress for the effect it had on me. However, if anyone called me "mommy," that would be an even bigger turn-off.

 

I think the debate about "affect" vs. "effect" stems from the second definition of "affect." As a noun, it's defined as the experience of feeling or emotion (to use the short Wiki definition). So an experience can have an effect on one's affect.
