It’s not that I disagree with citylaw1, but I do realize the first amendment doesn’t apply on this site.

 

Exactly, and I was not suggesting for a moment that you did, but you are correct here, the first amendment does not apply. I like City and I enjoy his posts, I would hate to see him on time-out when it can be avoided. For me this is over....I should not have put in my 2 cents.

You are talking to the wrong person City....I only posted what the reason for the time-out was. I did not say whether or not I agreed or disagreed with the time-out....If you disagree, may I suggest you contact Daddy and discuss this with him. I do not have a desire to discuss ND.

 

In 6 plus years I've never felt the need to contact Daddy. This is a message board, and I responded to your post (that addressed ND) with an opinion. At no time did I ask for, infer, or desire your input on the situation. I was never "talking to the wrong person(you)" at all. I was stating my opinion on the entire situation, without regard to your opinions on this, or any other matter.

I have done nothing to warrant reprimand. I stated my opinions (long ago) on the entire situation. I think a "pinned" thread would be a good idea, assuming that all future rehashing of the history, regardless of the escorts' periodic reappearances, will be disallowed. Isn't this reasonable? Just my opinion.

Opinions and suggestions are no longer allowed? Phrases like "I think," "assuming," "isn't that reasonable" and "just my opinion," certainly don't qualify as authoritarian proclamations or King like delusions.

Perhaps I've missed something, but I'll be so bold as to say that all these time-outs seem to me to be ridiculous. How can there be interesting conversation here if posting a contrary opinion results in punishment. I get annoyed as the next guy by annoying over-posters, but for the last week or so, since the rash of time-outs started, there hasn't been anything interesting to read here.

 

I agree that this is Daddy's sandbox and he gets to set the rules, and, if we don't like them, we can collect our toys and go home. The fact is, I don't care for that other sandbox, but if that's where all the interesting stuff is going on, maybe I should give it another try.

 

And, if a post like this sends me to the naughty room, so be it. I'll go play somewhere else.
