I have no idea what it means. If I came across that in an escorts ad, I would simply move on.

I've seen the word used occasionally. I'm sure it doesn't mean to me, a 46 yo man, what it means to the escort. Regardless, it's irrelevant and makes me think, he's the type who's more interested in the finest, latest everything rather than my good time. Like sfwestcoaster, I pass by the hipsters, or whatever they call themselves.

I don't even pay attention to that. If a guy is hot and our emails/conversations lead me to believe we will have a good time then I hire him.
