I'm not sure exactly how it works, and I think it is different in different establishments, but at Campus, I think the dancers pay only a small bar fee ($5-$10 per night), and keep all the proceeds from their dances in the back.

Ahh. Thanks for the clarification. I think someone in NYC told me they were charged around 100.00/night (which could explain why they charge what they charge). However, I could have been lied to also.
