i'd like to apologise to you.

 

i'm not sure WHAT momentary glitch there was with my password. but, when it happened, i immediately jumped to the conclusion that ghosts of meltdowns past were haunting us again. that was wrong. you deserve better treatment than that.

i should have waited until i got a reply to my email asking if there was a problem with my password. instead of going away & waiting for that reply, i read the comments of other people and i got increasingly angry.
