Does anyone have any feedback on the new Buffboyzz venues - Club 39, XL Lounge and XK Lounge? I liked Fairytail, but am hesitant to go to these new venues, 2 of which have restaurants and many females. I wish Buffboyzz would find a location like Fairytail, a discrete 7 day gay bar with a dedicated curtained-off lap dance area. They would be better off concentrating on this, rather than flying off in all directions with one day locations in NJ and Philly and the crazy Buffboyzz TV, which will never be able to compete in the same league with Sean Cody, etc. with their dedicated studios and concentration on videos.

I went to the Buffboyzz nude stripper night at there loft. I had another great time. My recommendation is this is so much better then the other nude event at Paddles. About 10 dancers all very

nice not pushy. Place is big, lap dance area is great and private. Buffdaddy lowered the admission price for all. The rumor I heard is that he has plans on bringing the Gaiety show back to NY on

a limited basis to start. Anyone here the same? This would be so much fun for us old guys!!

Stephen I didn't like Fairytail to be honest and many of us old guys did not have a place to sit. I cant stand all night maybe you can. I went to HK last week and it was great. Boys dance on the bar

and a nice curtained area for lap dances. The place was big but not to big, plenty of seats to sit. Why would women going to a restaurant bother you ! The restaurant is closed by the time HK

opens! Besides I been to Adonis, Spunk, Shadow Boxers many times and there are women in the place.

Lip!

Lip, the Gaiety was a relic of its time. I've heard there was interaction with the patrons backstage in the very early days. But for many years after that stopped (which was the time I went to the Gaiety), the only interaction with the dancers was a private show back at the dancer's hotel. This amounted to an unsatisfying nude lap dance at a rate (adding ten years of inflation) that one could get an escort today. There were no stripper bars with curtained-off lap dance areas and no internet with access to massage and escort services. These would be strong competition to a Gaiety business plan today, and in my opinion fatal. Certainly a new Gaiety could not work on a "limited basis", because it depends on out of town dancers, who would usually come to work for a week to make it worthwhile, and would not come to work one day. The Gaiety depended on these exceptionally beautiful dancers, that could only be obtained by bringing them in from all over the country and Canada.

Buffboyzz did a great job establishing Fairytail as a 7 day a week stripper bar. They made improvements on what the competition offered by offering an earlier start time and a curtained-off lap dance area. I don't know why they lost it, but I suspect that it was because they didn't concentrate on continuing to promote it and got diverted off on these other ventures and locations. The last thing Buffdaddy needs to do now is start another Gaiety type venture. I hope that they concentrate on re-creating a 7 day a week stripper bar like they did with Fairytail and wish them all the best in doing so!

I've been to one of the Buffboyzz Wednesday events at Club 39. I think Club 39 used to be the old Escuelita place. The night I went there were about 15 guys. At around 11pm when I arrived there wasn't a lot of activity going on. A lot of the dancers were just hanging out talking to each other and not a lot even approached me. One guy did approach me that I would have wanted to get a dance from but he didn't really seem that into it, and eventually he wandered off and talked to someone else. I did end up getting a great dance from one guy for two songs- it was very energetic and a fun dance. Compared to my previous experiences at other Buffboyzz venues (Fairytail) I was a little surprised to have walked away from the place and only had one dance- the venue was maybe too big for the amount of people in it- while it was a casual and fun vibe it wasn't really the most conducive to talking to dancers; I also think Wednesday just might be their slow night in general.. I still might check out the HK lounge venue for comparison.
