I grew up in a small city in New Brunswick, Canada and I was actively involved in sports at a young age, primarily hockey. I had the luxury of attending some of the top hockey schools in and out of the country while working with some of the best coaches and personal trainers. At 17, I was drafted in the MJHL (maritime junior hockey league) and went on to play a few seasons. At 21, I played semi pro in the North Shore Senior Hockey League while attending the University of New Brunswick for Kinesiology. During my time at UNB, I became a certified personal trainer through Can-Fit-Pro.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the honor of training hundreds of people across North America in person and through online correspondence. Helping people achieve their fitness and nutrition related goals has easily become my number one passion. My “job” is gratifying, to say the least. The old adage, ” If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life ” accurately describes my mindset each and every day. Another passion is competitive bodybuilding.

"Never stop questioning, thouroughly understand the process and grow together" Hi my name is Patrick, over the last couple years I have traveled the world learning and using every modality, technique and therapy known to mankind. I was a former PT for the US Army and its been 5 years since I broke my Talus from a bad fall. I developed arthritis in my ankle and hip, knee, plantar fasciitis and multiple bulging disks in my back. When I thought hope was lost I discovered Fascial Stretch Therapy and Active Release Therapy which was a great breakthrough. I decided to get certified and learn the mechanisms behind these modalities. I was able to learn how to relax my body and remove adhesions which helped a lot with pain.However, the pain always came back, eventually 2500 miles from my home town I discovered a great technique called Muscle Activation. Finally, I had the ability to move again without pain effortlessly, after two long years I can pridefully say I’m fully recovered. Not only that I have cured myself in such a way that I am stronger now than I have ever been in my life.
