Hey Cole! Would you like to introduce yourself to my readers?

Of course! I'm Robert Cole Monahan. I am 22 years old and recently moved to Miami from Lenoir City, Tennessee to start my modeling career. I have a passion for fitness and nutrition, and modelling and acting are quickly growing on me.

Talk me through an average day in the life of you?

I can't say there is such a thing as an average day for a model because of how spontaneous the business can be due to castings, shoots, and frequent visits to Elite. If I have a clean slate for the day though, my day starts at 6am. I make breakfast, read, and plan my priorities for the day. There is always something to get done or improve on. Afterwards I run to the gym, lift, run back, and do sprints. Then I'll prepare my meals for the day in case something comes up and I cook if I need to. I cook my food in bulk for the week and pretty much live out of Tupperware, ha ha. After that, I will either run errands, go to the beach, or hangout with my roommate Connor. Later in the day, I start my 2nd workout which is some form of cardio. The last couple hours of the day are usually up in the air. Looking for new poses, practicing facial expressions, or just plain relaxing, enjoying the fact I was successful for the day. You can call it a boring and uptight lifestyle, (I'm sure many would), but I really enjoy it and am living my dream. I moved here to start a long, successful modeling/acting career and I plan to do just that.
