Ahhhhh, I know exactly what you mean. A FB from long long ago and I got together again last year. When I knew him, he was a total gym rat. The guy was still very lean, but his muscles were odd and he had the same thing going on in his midsection. In my guy's case I don't think he had gained and lost a ton of weight. It was bizarre.

Looking closely at the RM ad pics where he shows his midsection you can see what looks like "extra" skin. I'm not saying this in a malicious way, but perhaps he is using some of his escorting income to fund skin-tightening surgery.
