What is a pop-up party (New York)?

I have no idea what is meant by "Pop Up" party, re: the nude parties held by Tim / Adonis in New York City. What exactly is a pop-up nude party as opposed to the other nude party? Which one has the best-looking dancers? Which one has the most dancers?

"Pop up" parties simply mean they are held at a location which is not a permanent home....THAT means restrictions on the party are varying depending on the owners of the hosting business.
