A few weeks ago several Houston folks decided to get together to celebrate the memory and fondness of HooBoy. In the post of this discussion a choice of location and tentative time was selected. Of a sudden B N involved himself and decided the location chosen for the get-together would never do. The gathering was immediately transferred from a beautiful, reasonably priced restaurant to a more upscale, three star $$$ restaurant requiring a minimum of drinks and to some a staggering price tag. The change is not necessarily my complaint. My total exasperation was caused by the fact that B N never had any intention of attending said gathering but none-the-less decided to weild whatever power to facillitate changes. What utter gaul.

I know I risk losing a good friend (Chuck 50) in bringing this up but I'm afraid B N has laced Chuck's drink with something that has taken away all his reason. Come back to us Chuck.

Please cite the proof behind this claim. Thank you.

Look, I am not going to jump on the wagon one way or another. Well, OK, I guess I am.

Ben was a very dear personal friend of Hooboy. Hooboy adored him and vice versa. I don't think many on this board can say the same. Perhaps Ben planned to attend or that he just thought that Hoo's favorite resturant was appropriate. I don't know the answer. I don't know why Ben suggested it. Frankly, I don't give a rat's ass. But, please, for goodness sake, Ben was very dear to Hooboy. Let him grieve the way he wants.

As far as me, I have never hired Ben or contributed to him in any way. I have met him on a few occassions and I met him because Hooboy introduced him to me. He is truly an amazing person. Why there is so much meaness thrown his way all of the sudden is beyond me.

I hate to get involved in these petty things on the site. I try to avoid it as much as possible. But, jeeze guys, give it a rest.

IIRC, BN made a suggestion and I don't remember any dissenters. Where were you then?

The suggestion of one of Hooboy's favorite restaurants seemed appropriate to me. Highly appropriate, in fact.

Complaining now, weeks later, is at best disingenuous.

(Escorts should note that the true nature of your potential clients is on display here. The next guy they burn at the stake may be you.)

Houston Bonfire "The Other HB", I wouldn't be your friend if I let things that you said on here or that which others say effect me. I don't expect, try to sway or take up for BN or anyone else on here. Because I like him, the why's are my business, the why's you or others don't are your own. They are just that "our own feelings and opionions". So HB I still love you and no lacing going on that I know of. HUGS Chuck 50

Still waiting to come back to Houston sometime.

You missed the point. Ben could grieve any way he wanted. The problem was that he wanted to control how (or at least where) other people wanted to grieve, I believe.

Except, of course, in posts like this.

And yet, you jump in with what appears to be gusto.

Only if we try to build a Stalinesque cult of personality.

For those of us who don't think we're alpha and omega, I don't much guess this will make much difference.

I agree with Rick about this thread having nothing to do with the grieving process of BN.

HooBoy was very special to many people, but he has been gone now for almost two months. With total respect to those who were closest to HooBoy, when a close friend dies you remember him or her dearly but you also move on with your life. It is time to stop explaining behavior in relation to HooBoy. (I know nothing about this particular

meeting and do not know BN, so my comments are general, but I hope appropriate.)

Here's the BN Quote of the Week, from the highly-acclaimed "15 minutes," whose skyrocketing popularity, He revealed this week, has people vying for the rights to turn it into a "stand-alone online web magazine":

<<Okay, so I’m breaking my non-drinking rule right now and having a nice glass of red here on the flight. WHOOHOO! The stew thought I was cute so she handed me 3 mini-bottles for the price of one, so now you’ll know why I may start sounding a little loopy in the coming few paragraphs. *wink*>>

Doesn't that explain EVERYTHING? The "stew" should post here at Hooboy; she'd fit right in.

It was hard to choose the BN Quote of the Week winner this week, because there were so many worthy selections. I know this is cheating a little bit, but I had to pick a Second Place winner, too:

<<Nothing like drinking cheap wine out of a plastic cup. Now, if I could only find my way to the cockpit, I could really get this party started. I can almost hear it now:

‘Attention passengers: Starting in 10 minutes, there will be a lube demonstration in the BusinessFirst cabin.’>>

If BN ever manages to write an entry in 15 Minutes without mentioning: (a) the international flight he's on and, most importantly, (b) the fact that he doesn't fly coach, someone please let me know immediately.

And, oh. . . . now that he's flying to London, vacationing in faggy B&B's in Key West, making sex "jokes", and posting pictures of guys with their cocks out, is it OK to say things about him now other than "BN - we worship you and are here for you for anything you want?"

Let me know when it's OK to do that. I wouldn't want to do anything inappropriate or insufficiently reverent.

This is getting ridiculous. Have you gentlemen not learned any sense of decency in the long 50 years you have infested this earth.

Class, what's the golden rule?

(pick me...pick me)

Yes, Jay?

If you cant say anything nice, than don’t say anything at all.

Yes, yes, yes, yes indeed....it applied at the age of 6. It applied at the age of 10 and it applies at the product of both of those ages. What is it? Do we live in cycles? Is there an age young lads must look out for when his level of morality lowers itself to a point where we must bring upon evil on people just to make himself feel like he belongs.

What was the point of this post? To denounce Benjamin Nicholas? How exactly does that benefit it's supporters? It doesn’t. This is a negative/negative situation. It causes no good and only brings lowers everyone's experience of life by -1.

One sees a decent creation and can’t help themselves but attempt to destroy its existence. Do you hope that if you keep bashing this mate it's going to hinder his business? Do you hope that if you keep proclaiming your dislike for this lad he will in some ways disappear?

GROW UP, get a hobby, find someone to love, enjoy life...Stop it, please please STOP IT. You're destroying the world one mind at a time with your hatred.

This thread SHOULD be locked. ENOUGH ALREADY

READ, LISTEN, UNDERSTAND.

WHO THE FUCK, is Jay Ganymede? I just had to bite on this after all, there is so much chum in the water...and of course being the asshole that I am...what do I have to lose?

Well, on his website he says, "I really do believe my folks were trying to create a god" so we know he's someone who doesn't suffer from low self-esteem. :p He also "likes hanging with the ladies" so, as a He-Man Woman-Hater, I personally have nothing in common with him. :+

< READ, LISTEN, UNDERSTAND.

Chill, Jay. See this post I made on another thread and read v e r y s l o w l y and then t h i n k.

< BN could learn a two-part lesson here if he's beaming up from Piccadilly.

Part One: The USA loves a celebrity.

Part Two: The USA loves to see a celebrity carved up when he/she gets too full of him/herself.

Well, HE has spoken; all bow & do his bidding.

Apparently delusions of grandeur don't only grow in Texas.

Fortunately, you're not the arbiter of decency.

>Class, what's the golden rule?

>If you cant say anything nice, than don’t say anything at

And calling the lifespans of other posters infestations is saying something nice? Or, as usual, do the rules you promulgate not apply to you?

>GROW UP,

When do you plan to take your own advice?

>This thread SHOULD be locked. ENOUGH ALREADY

Again, fortunately, you aren't the GREAT ONE HIMSELF. Your pompous, faux-superior attitude probably is attractive to some. I'd recommend moving to San Antonio.

Why? If every thread was locked were someone says something negative about someone then it would be a locking frenzy. Most of us have been slammed at one time or other (Escort and non-Escort), those threads weren't locked. This site is about Escorts and those that hire them. There are many Escorts that have been discussed here, both positive and negative, just the nature of the beast.

There has always been a tendency to criticize the Escort that seems to become the MOST popular or "Flavor of the Month". Remember the slams Kristian (BTW one of MY Favorite Escorts) took when he was the Favorite or how about Bruno Gaucho. Now I guess it is BN's turn until someone knocks him off the throne. Only in BN's case he seems to be giving people more ammo than our past Favorites.
