That is he pictured, and some of the pictures are enhanced. Fully versatile, he doesn't waste a minute after the deed is done to check his phone and text.

Semantics really.

Based off browsing his profile real quick, I would suspect what could be meant is his face is airbrushed with a photo editor or that his body may be slimer in the pictures. Just means I'm someway shape or form he doesn't look exactly like his pictures.
