I've never had any trouble arranging private sessions at SR. Most guys there, in my experience, are willing. Just have to ask.

How does the VIP room work? And the cubicles there? How far will dancers go?

The VIP room is like a second bar and you can get more physical there than in the main room. A main room dance is $10, and in the VIP $20. The cubicles/private rooms are rented to you in increments of 15 minutes, and I forget the price. Most are fairly isolated, but for the ones on each end the entrance is sort of open to the room, so someone can casually see in. For the one closest to the entrance to the VIP room, it's not that bad since a 'peeker' would have to be actually peeking. The one at the far end is fairly easy to see in, but you have to be standing at the far wall and there isn't much cause to be there, but it's pretty open. I don't like either room. The rest have their entrances back enough that someone has to be trying to get there.

 

For a private room, find a dancer you like (get a lap dance if you want to see if you really want to spend time with them. I would suggest this. I had one dancer who I found hot but in the lapdance I discovered he was too much of an idiot for me and was glad to be done). Ask if he'd be willing to do a private. I'd be surprised if you got turned down. Once you have agreed, go to the station in front of the VIP room and ask for a private. You will pay there for the room _and_ the dancer. Dancers get $100 for each 15 minute segment. Dancers have rooms they like and don't. All of them have a couch and a stage where your dancer can perform for you privately (if you want to watch them). What a dancer will do there is up to the dancer. Most will get naked and hard, letting you feel them up - every one I've had there has. You can ask the dancer what he will allow (kissing, sucking - I don't advise even trying to fuck). You can't get naked with them. If you take a room for an hour you get a bottle of champagne.

 

You can take as many dancers to a private room as you want, but each gets $100 for every 15 minutes. At the end of however much time you have booked, someone will knock to tell you time is up (it's usually the guy taking money for the VIP room). The knocker does not generally look in, but reaches around to knock so you know time is up and doesn't look in.

 

If you are wanting a dancer to join you in your hotel room the phrase I've found that works is "I wish you did things outside of here." If he shows interest, you can suggest private away time, be it a dance or something more. If you get a "Yeah, sorry not allowed", try the next one. Technically, it isn't allowed, but some dancers are willing to bend the rules a bit.

nice comments by BluDay.....I want to add that, when I was at SR ATL a year ago, the VIP rooms back in the VIP area were not really rooms, but large alcoves set off by ~6' high glass-block walls...no doors, but a sorta roundabout way of entering that helped with privacy......all open on top of the glass-block walls if somebody got on their tippy-toes and peeked over (but you'd be quickly admonished or worse)......

 

be honest with your intended about what you'd like to do and see how they respond, which private area he likes, time limit, logistics like that.....

 

also, bring lots of cash....there's an ATM inside the club, but the dancers won't get paid for a few days if you use a credit card at the VIP check-in booth.....and it's just nicer for all concerned to use cash at these places .....only time I really got "burned".....ever....was at SR when two related dancers, who I really liked the vibes of, badgered me to do a VIP private with both of them: had to visit the ATM, closing time loomed, they didn't do what they said they would, hustle-hustle......live and learn.....

Thanks. I love visiting SR, and if you meet the right guy, you can have a blast. I've developed friendships with a couple. @azdr0710 is correct, the private rooms could be seen over the top of, but you'd have to be pretty tall.

 

To add a bit of warning: I feel I've been lucky with dancers by getting to know some. But if you are going to SR or somewhere else, keep in mind that most of the guys are straight and are in it for the bucks. You can enjoy yourself, and they will give you the best time they can, since that would be more money in their pocket. Just like escorts, some will be more willing to touch you, some will let you beat them off, and some will let you suck them.

 

When I go for a private, I want to feel up a beautiful man. If I get more, great. But that's my goal. Don't go in looking for everything, it will just ruin your experience if you don't get it.

 

Some will ask for additional money for additional stuff, that's up to you. There is usually a good variety of men there, and if you don't get what you want out of one (asking beforehand), try another. If you are in there and they offer additional services for more money, be honest with yourself it it's worth it. they make about $80 for 15 minutes, (they have to tip out as well, so I could be wrong on their final cut). So just being there is a good gig for them.

 

Dancers at SR are also pretty willing to give you their phone number if you look like you could become a regular. I used to visit a lot on weekdays to get to spend more time with favorites just sitting and chatting. Since we'll end up in a long private, it's worth it for them and they are there (required if they want to work weekends) but they don't have to hit the floor to rustle up business.

I agree with what others have posted. Never had any problems getting guys to get off for me in the private rooms. Some guys will give you some relief but that isn't the usual.

I've never heard of this place. This may be worth a weekend trip or something, providing the guys are my type. I tend to prefer straight, muscular good looking guys. The website only shows "new arrivals" and both look hot.

A significant percentage/most of the dancers are straight at Swinging Richards, so finding a straight one is pretty easy. However I would expect the dancers to generally tell you what they think you want to hear. For what you are looking for, I'd suggest Shawn, who usually hangs out in the far end of the VIP lounge. I know he's straight, but where he's never told me, I'm fairly sure he's had sex with guys. Jonathan is another possibility for your tastes. Both are quite experienced and will deliver a good time for you.

 

SR usually has a range of guys there, from muscular to twink, different ethnicities and looks, so there is a very good chance what you are looking for will be there.
