I detailed exactly what happened. As did another person on here, as I remember that thread

You said the person at the door charged you a cover even though she knew they were closing in five minutes, a very specific claim that you have not substantiated. The thread is here,

https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/rockhard-sunday-in-dc-rip-off.129214/

You asserted they have a closing time posted on the web site, but they don't as far as I can see, you didn't respond to a clarification for that.

As I mentioned in that thread, my understanding is they close when they chose to do so, so most likely the person at the door had no idea that call was about to be made since it's based on how freely the customers are spending inside.

The other person in the thread said the drink prices were high and the cover change is not worth it, a value judgement that can't be argued with since it's totally subjective. It's also different that the claim you made.

Since it's a stripper bar, if a person doesn't find any of the dancers appealing, it would also make sense for them to say it's not worth it. But again, not the claim you made.

What substantiation do you need to confirm the tall middle aged confused black woman at the door ripped me off? You're expecting she gave me a time stamped receipt ... lol

Ah, another straw man, you seem to have a pattern. I asked you to clarify the posted closing time, it's doesn't appear to exist. The claim that she acted in bad faith is an extraordinary claim, which requires extraordinary proof. You've not substantiated either of these claims.

To be clear, no one has said the sequence of events did not happened as you described, you arrived, paid to get in, and the club closed a few minutes later. So I haven't asked any questions about that.

I've asked you about the other claims you made, that the closing time is public knowledge, that the doorperson knew the club was closing shortly. Now you are claiming she is "confused". Care to share what makes you say these things?

Again - what proof do you need? Do you expect the person at the door that ripped me off supplied the time dated receipt that you seem to want. Refresher for those bored (legitimately) by this exchange. I was charged a cover without being told the bar was closing in 5-10 minutes. Total rip off.

As I wrote in my immediately previous post, I've asked you about the other claims you made, that the closing time is public knowledge, that the doorperson knew the club was closing shortly. Now you are claiming she is "confused". So far, you have avoided even acknowledging that is what you've been asked.

Again ... how many times do you need to be told ... the staff person at the front that ripped me off didn't (what a surprise) give me a time dated receipt that I could scan and send to you ... would you need it notarized?

Love and Peace, ladies.

As I said, the place is not being managed, and the whole functioning is chaotic. I understand your frustration @P Gren , but you are attributing scamming intentions to someone who probably did not know what was going on in the rest of the place, as @oldNbusted pointed out to.

Without management, the place has many flaws. They do not start on time, the line to get a drink is unbearable, the dancers show up late, there are huge blanks in between dancers, sometimes the MC announces a dancer and you have to wait for 5 minutes until he shows up on stage. Should I add that sometimes you pay for the ticket and five minutes later the place closes, if you go late. One more thing, White dancers are not every Sunday in the cast. And yet, I strongly recommend the place. The guys are extremely friendly and all available for VIP private sessions, whether or not they are gay or escort; for one buck you can touch anything you want, and not just for a few seconds; their dicks are uncontroversially huge and wood hard; half of the boys are available for rent, and you have the chance of a quick try in the VIP to double check for good chemistry.

The place is decaying and it could cease to exist anytime. Follow my advice, go between 10 and 11, have a good bunch of $1 bills, and be ready to grab dick.

I never asked for such a thing, since it wouldn't address the questions I did ask. You are choosing to engage in a rhetorical fallacy, specifically a straw man.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man

A straw man is a common form of argument and is an informal fallacy based on giving the impression of refuting an opponent's argument, while refuting an argument that was not presented by that opponent. One who engages in this fallacy is said to be "attacking a straw man".

The typical straw man argument creates the illusion of having completely refuted or defeated an opponent's proposition through the covert replacement of it with a different proposition (i.e., "stand up a straw man") and the subsequent refutation of that false argument ("knock down a straw man") instead of the opponent's proposition.

The questions I did ask are still outstanding, if you choose to address them. Of course, you could retract the claims, that would render the questions moot.

Hi. Thanks for that ... lol. OldnBusted had a good time there - great. I'm happy for him. And I don't require proof to substantiate his claim of a good time - maybe he has a blue dress with semen stains stashed away ... I don't care. I was ripped off and while I have no need to 'prove' anything to OnB, I thought I would at least give him a bit of time as he seemed to be obsessing so about this. Other guys be warned about bad management and getting ripped off.

I just wanted to see how far you were willing to go to avoid honest communication.

I'm going to predict, you are a person that will need to get the last word. (But will be conflicted with trying to stop yourself, going against your inclination, because then I'd be right.) What a Hobson choice for you. You're welcome, always happy to help.

I didn't need to get the last word in two previous threads where we interacted, so there is no conflict on my end.
