Bobby and I were having lunch two hours ago and it came up casually. Rusty just IMed me about it -- seemed like a perfect time and place to ask.

Did I miss a thread? Any plans for the next one coming up?

Thanks guys :)

>Bobby and I were having lunch two hours ago . . .

What a meeting of the minds that must have been. I bet the surges of brilliance generated at this lunch caused power outages throughout greater Los Angeles.

"And we were talking (casually) about how great it would be to have another one of those fun meetings where 8 or 9 old guys from this Board come and buy us drinks and make us the center of their worshippful attention for a few hours, and although it would be better if, as escorts, we didn't ask for this night, since nobody has brought this up for awhile, we figured we should."

Who's Rusty?

Wow. The bitterness never ceases to amaze me.

Is there a chance we will EVER find out what went wrong in your childhood to spark such hatred?

:) I vote for Greenwich Pizza for the dinner -- not that THAT joke needs resurfacing.

I can't do Mickey's but if you set a time for dinner I should be able to be there ;)

I like that idea! I've been wanting to try that place anyway and it looks really cozy.

Cozy is nice, but it can be difficult once a group gets over 8 or so.

It would really suck to end up with two tables at opposite ends of the restaurant. :-(

By cozy I didn't mean small ... I meant "intimate" and discreet. It's a good space. Very private but still a great place to hang out ... from what I've seen peering in the windows.

Cool. So how about slipping inside and smiling sweetly at the manager to see if they can handle a cozy/noisy little group of 8+ (won't know until they show up) ? ;-)

yes dear. I'll look into the Courtyard and report back Wednesday probably. Tomorrow is the 9 AM to 9 PM day at school .... weeeee.

Just means I'll be spending a lot of time on here ... wireless campuses are dangerous.

Dougy, Psychiatry Is Not Cheap, But It's Worth It

Doug, please. This obsessive jealousy you have towards men who are still desirable to others is eating you up alive. Instead of spending what's left of your sad life spewing venom on the internet, how about doing something constructive, and finally seeking help? In my professional opinion and capacity, I can tell you that it's long overdue.

Good luck, buddy.

I'm so glad I read the thread before replying or I might have replied EXACTLY the same way you did. LOL

Good job, Scott!
