+ tassojunior
Has anyone gotten the generic Cialis yet? It went off patent two months ago. It took a year for the new generic Viagra to drop in price but now it's cheaper than India.
kenomora
I have been taking the generic Cialis, often 10 mg at a time. Maybe it's all in my head but despite having the usual overnight headache the intended effect is more often than not decreased compared to the original. + tassojunior
+ Gar1eth
Care to share pricing information? So far I have found that 20mg of Revatio is the cheapest. Sam's Club has them for 30 pills for $10. There is no Sam's Club near where I live. $15 for a doctor's consult. Then $115 for 90 of 20mg pills for the first order. Subsequent orders will be $165. An update on pricing as generic Viagra has really come down in price. I usually take 100 mg at a time. Using the GoodRx app I could get the equivalent (6 tablets) of @MassageGuy's generic Revatio for $12.50. And the equivalent of @gregkidman (= 18 tablets) for 21.07. Just recently I priced things out in my area on GoodRx using generic Revatio (which only comes in 20 mg strength) vs generic Viagra (again looking at the 100 mg generic Viagra and figuring it takes 5 tablets of the 20 mg generic Revatio to equal that), the generic Viagra was cheaper. I realize not everyone uses 100 mg of Viagra, and I didn't compare for other dosages. Gman
+ Gar1eth
Bumping this again. Two spots upthread I asked about Nexium or Prilosec. I don't think asking what others have experienced should violate any rules here. I was just looking at the directions for the two and both want you take them daily. I really don't want to do a daily thing just something that will prevent the heartburn on the weekly or so basis that I'm taking Cialis or Viagra. Any experiences are appreciated. They aren't antacids, so they don't work immediately. They stop/greatly reduce stomach acid production when taken on a routine basis. It's possible that taken the day before or at the same time as Viagra or Cialis they might lessen stomach acid enough for the next day, but you'd have to figure when best to time it. The generic Viagra took a long time to drop down and I'm hoping the Cialis generic comes down faster for when I run out of the Indian stuff. I still have a huge supply of the Revatio which I need to work through. Only one way to do that !

I only used Cialis once. I didn't have anything planned. But wanted to see about the erection. Nothing happened. And that was back when I achieved erections much easier than I do now. If I'm remembering what my urologist said, Cialis lasts longer but is weaker in it's effect than Viagra. But I've had times when Viagra hasn't worked either. I really like the dissolvable form or Levitra. It's called Staxyn. Aside from the difficulty getting it out of the foil, it's really easy to take as you just let it dissolve on your tongue. + Yellowrod
I couldn't find anything in a search, so not sure if this question has been asked before - I was at Mr. S Leather and saw that they sell ED supplements named "Full Throttle" and "Hot Rod" which the salesguy said was basically herbal viagra - and came with the same cautions (no poppers etc.) . Has anyone had any experience with these? Would think they'd go much more mainstream if they really worked?

+ DrownedBoy
Has anyone else here used PT-141 (bremelanotide)? You have to order it from overseas (apparently, it's legal in Europe, but not the U.S) and inject it subcutaneously. I tried it, and while neither Viagra or Cialis gets me "horny" by itself, PT-141 does. It takes 4 hours to kick in, but when it dead, I was had a constant, hard erection for several hours (at least four). Even if you orgasm, it only takes about 10 minutes for the hard-on to return. + nycman
Has anyone else here used PT-141 (bremelanotide)? Never tried it and never heard of it before. It looks interesting. They tried an intranasal version years ago, but it raised blood pressure too much. So they reconfigured it to be administered by an auto injector and they’re targeting it to female sexual dysfunction. I can’t quite figure out the logic other than dudes already have an easy to use pill, so why enter a market that already has stiff (pun intended) competition when there’s one just as large with no competition. It’s very different from Viagra et al. This drugs seems to work directly on the brain increasing libido. If it works, hold on to your hats....it will only be a matter of time until gay men get their already horney hands on it.... Personally, I don’t inject things from overseas pharmacies. We all have to decide the risks we’re will to take. That’s my line. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bremelanotide + MasssageGuy and liubit
