Visiting Escorts Who Can't Host

My limited experience with escorts visiting my city has been with guys who are in hotels during their stay. That makes business sense to me. I've had several situations recently where escorts have not been able to host because they're staying with friends. That doesn't sound like a good business model, but to each his own. Curious though, is coming to a city and being available only for outcalls a common situation in the escort world?

Anecdotal: Perhaps 10% of the traveling guys I meet are unable to host.

(This includes those who I contact but ultimately never meet because of the additional hassle and expense.)

For me it is becoming more common for visiting providers to be unable to host. Maybe its because San Francisco is so expensive or that many escorts have friends here they can stay with. Generally I prefer not to host, but I will do it for someone I really want to see, and it also motivates me to clean up my place, at least a little.

I have a former provider who would travel up to my area. He would come up the evening before (to avoid traffic), we would have a session, and he would use my guest room. We had become friends, and I have no problem with him staying. He didn't care for overnights, so a session and his own room worked for both of us.

 

When we first started discussing this arrangement, I told him I was fine with him conducting other business while he was here, but where I was happy for him to visit, I would not be comfortable with him hosting other clients in my house. Where this point was good for clarity, I don't think he ever considered even asking me to have a client over. It's not his style.

 

The arrangement works for both of us. He heads up for a guaranteed session, avoids traffic, and can see other clients earlier than he would if he drove up in the morning.

 

It works for me because I don't have to travel to his hotel, and I get more time with him. I take him out for dinner, so I get a bit of the "date" scenario, where I'm out with a porn star and we're having sex afterwards.

 

This dropped his expenses and raised his income for every trip. If he picks up other clients, all the better for him.

 

It is rare that a traveling provider can't host, but there are reasons why, as my example provides. I know what he does, but many providers will travel, visit family and/or friends and still want to pick up some business.

I had a similar arrangement with an escort who would actually spend a few days at my home and then travel to NYC from here. He was great to have around. From a provider view, I can see the Pros and Cons with that style of travel. For myself, it makes most sense to have the ability to host. There are rare occasions where I'll need to "Outcall Only". On the off chance I am doing that, I will have the expectation that it could be an objection I'd need to overcome.

It is becoming more common when they come to NYC. A remarkably hot escort is coming here who is also in porn for about a week. He is staying with friends. He has yet to commit on a hotel stay. But my regulars who come here always do stay in a hotel usually a good one.

I Generally prefer to host - with the Caveat that the Gentleman Caller is well reviewed with a good track record. Usually If I am engaging Callers it is for a Rocky Road rather than a Vanilla Session --- And I have way to much gear to travel with unless Nubian litter barers are available . . .
